Avient Specialty Inks Launches DMC DispenseMaster™ Compact Automated Ink Dispensing System

Date:

CLEVELAND – January 16, 2025 – Avient Corporation, an innovator of materials solutions, today launched the DMC DispenseMaster™, a compact automated ink dispensing system for delivering precision color mixing for screen printing operations. Building on the success of the innovative DM4 DispenseMaster, the new DMC model offers the same professional-grade accuracy and consistency in a space-saving design optimized for facilities with limited floor space.

The DMC DispenseMaster represents a significant advancement in automated ink dispensing technology, featuring a reduced profile that can be placed directly against a wall and accessed entirely from the front. This innovative design makes professional color-mixing capabilities accessible to a broader range of screen printing operations, from growing businesses to established facilities looking to optimize their production space.

“The DMC DispenseMaster can deliver the precision and reliability our customers expect from Avient Specialty Inks, now in a more compact and versatile package,” said Jake Ojeda, Director, Global Marketing for Avient Specialty Inks at Avient. “We listened to our customers who needed the capabilities of our DM4 system but had space constraints. The DMC provides that solution without compromising on quality or performance.”

Each DMC DispenseMaster system includes a computer central processing unit (CPU), monitor, keyboard, mouse, label printer, and scale, backed by a one-year limited warranty on system equipment. The system operates on 110 AC, 15 amps, 50/60 Hz power, and requires a minimum of 100 PSI air supply.

Like its predecessor, the DM4, the DMC DispenseMaster can help screen printers achieve consistent color matching, reduce waste, and improve overall production efficiency. Both systems continue to represent Avient Specialty Inks’ commitment to providing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the screen printing industry.
