And that’s 30 …! From 25 to 27 January 2027, Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris will celebrate its 30th anniversary at the Paris-Le-Bourget Exhibition Centre, where international fabric manufacturers and garment makers will come together to shape tomorrow’s collections. For this anniversary edition, the trade show will present a redesigned offering across Halls 3 and 4, fostering synergies between fabrics and finished products while making it easier for visitors to navigate the show.
A new layout to encourage more connections
This year, Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris will unveil its optimised offering across Halls 3 and 4 of the Paris-Le-Bourget Exhibition Centre. This new layout will create even stronger connections between exhibitors and visitors. With a more streamlined configuration, this format will make it easier to identify the different sectors and move around the show. Visitors will find the event’s two
main areas: Apparel Sourcing, dedicated to finished products and accessories, and Texworld, focused on fabrics and raw materials.
By distributing dedicated areas for networking, presentations, talks, trend showcases, services and catering across both exhibition halls, the new layout aims to encourage buyers to explore the exhibition spaces and foster business exchanges throughout the show.
More than 1,000 exhibitors expected, with strong interest from Indian manufacturers
More than 1,000 international exhibitors are expected at this edition. The offering will maintain a balance between fabrics and materials, on the one hand, and finished products, on the other, to support the diversity of purchasing strategies and meet all sourcing needs, across every stage of the process, in one single location.

The conclusion of the free trade agreement signed last January between the European Union and India also opens up significant prospects for international textile trade. Currently undergoing ratification, the agreement, which is expected to come into force in 2027, provides for the removal of European customs duties on Indian textiles and garments (up to 12%, depending on the product). This is a contextual factor that further strengthens the interest of manufacturers in South Asia, and particularly on the Indian subcontinent, in the European market.
Trends, meetings and initiatives
Starting with the January edition, the trend forums dedicated to the Spring-Summer 2028 collections will be featured in both halls of the trade show. Designed by the event’s artistic directors, Louis Gérin and Gregory Lamaud, these spaces will provide visitors with creative insights, in line with the product offering in each hall, helping buyers with their sourcing process. In Hall 4, the Texpertise Agora will host conferences, debates and round tables bringing together industry professionals and experts to discuss the major developments shaping the textile and apparel sectors.
Sustainability and traceability issues will remain at the heart of discussions and visitor routes. Through Texpertise Econogy, Messe Frankfurt offers several initiatives to guide visitors towards committed companies and initiatives: the Econogy Finder identifies suppliers of sustainably produced textiles; the Econogy Talks bring experts and industry professionals together at the Texpertise Agora; and the Econogy Tour offers a guided visit of a selection of manufacturers offering sustainable solutions.
To support brands and designers in their development projects and enhance their competitiveness, the Small Quantities Itinerary will also make it easier to identify manufacturers offering production solutions tailored to small batches, for both textiles and garment manufacturing.
Visitors will also find two Initiatives areas at the entrance of each hall, showcasing the expertise and collective projects led by companies, schools and countries, and offering an insight into the diversity of textile identities and international skills.
