Terrot displaying high-tech knitted double-face fabric at ITM 2026

Date:

Terrot Textilmaschinen will display advanced circular knitting technologies designed for high-performance textile manufacturing applications at the upcoming ITM 2026 in Istanbul.

A key feature at the exhibition will be a high-tech double-face fabric developed on the machine. The fabric incorporates an additional synthetic yarn structure designed to provide moisture management, breathability, elasticity, and shape retention.

According to the company, the fabric is intended for applications including outerwear, sportswear, leisurewear, and thermal garments.

The company will showcase its I3P 196-F BW-34″ E24 108F machine and integrated textile solutions within Santoni China Group ecosystem

The I3P 196-F BW-34″ E24 108F is an advanced version of the I3P 196 platform and the machine has been developed for processing sophisticated knitting structures while increasing production versatility.

The platform includes a higher number of knitting systems aimed at increasing output while maintaining fabric consistency and production precision.

The machine is designed to support shorter production cycles and improved response to changing market requirements.

Terrot will also present developments focused on productivity, fabric quality, operational flexibility, and integrated manufacturing systems for textile producers.

Terrot also stated that its technologies are integrated into the Santoni China Group ecosystem under the theme “Machines Evolved · Intelligence Delivered.”

The ecosystem combines machinery, material expertise, and digital technologies aimed at improving production transparency, efficiency, and scalability.

“Terrot stands for engineering excellence and deep application expertise in double-knit technologies,” Martin Vorsatz, MD at Terrot said.

“Within the Santoni China Group, we combine this strength with an integrated ecosystem that enables our customers to increase efficiency, flexibility, and readiness for future market demands,” Vorsatz added.
