Trident Group Embarks on the Viksit Bharat Mission with a Pan‑India Recruitment Drive

Over 3,000 Karamyogis are set to be appointed as part of the Group’s continued focus on employment generation, skill development, and nation-building.

National, India | 25 February 2026 – Trident Limited, the flagship company of the Trident Group and one of India’s leading business conglomerates, has announced a large-scale hiring initiative to onboard more than 3,000 Karamyogis across its manufacturing operations. This recruitment drive is being undertaken in alignment with the national agenda of strengthening skill development and enhancing employment generation within the textile manufacturing sector.

Commenting on the announcement, Pooja B. Luthra, Group CHRO of Trident Group, said, “At Trident, we firmly believe that talent forms the foundation of India’s manufacturing transformation. Through this large-scale hiring initiative, we are strengthening our workforce while supporting the national vision of a resilient and future-ready manufacturing ecosystem. Beyond business expansion, our focus continues to be on nurturing long-term careers, empowering communities, and contributing meaningfully to India’s journey towards global manufacturing leadership.”

As part of this initiative, applications are being invited for multiple technical and operational positions including operator, weaver, stitcher, fitter, electrician, and other skilled roles. Selections will be based on the candidates’ qualifications and relevant industry experience. Trident has established a structured compensation framework to recognise varying skill levels and experience. Professionals with up to three years of experience will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹25,000; those with more than three and up to five years of experience will receive ₹36,000 per month; and candidates with more than five and up to seven years of advanced expertise will be offered ₹50,000 per month.

In addition to competitive salaries, employees will benefit from performance-linked incentives, variable pay, structured learning and development programmes, free hostel accommodation, subsidised meals, access to sports and gym facilities, medical assistance, Provident Fund and ESI coverage, along with periodic recognition and rewards. Through this initiative, Trident continues to invest in human capital as a core element of its growth strategy.
