Net profit at textile dyes & pigments producer Vipul Organics rises sharply

Net profit in the fiscal ended March 31, 2026 at textile dyes and pigments producer Vipul Organics Ltd, rose sharply by 55.63% year on year to Rs. 691.96 lakhs on a standalone basis.

Total revenues for the 2025-26 fiscal stood at Rs. 17,539 lakhs on a standalone basis, up 7.74% from Rs. 16,280 lakhs in the earlier fiscal

In the fiscal under review, profit before tax on a standalone basis also surged 50.24% over a fiscal ago to Rs. 954.92 lakhs.

Resultantly, earnings per share also expanded 41.70% to Rs. 3.84 on both standalone and consolidated basis as against Rs. 2.71 on standalone and Rs. 2.70 consolidated basis

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of 8% i.e. Re. 0.80 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
