Founded in 1964 by Nike’s original innovator Bill Bowerman, Nike is the leading sportswear and fitness apparel brand and the world’s largest supplier of athletic shoes and apparel and a major manufacturer of sports equipment. By the end of 2024, Nike had over 1000 retail stores globally, around 500 factory partners (around 122 footwear factories in 12 countries and 329 apparel factories in 38 countries).
Q3 of fiscal year 2025 financial results, revenues were US$11.3 billion, down 9% on a reported basis compared to the prior year and down 7% on a currency-neutral basis.
NIKE Brand revenues were US$10.9 billion, down 9% on a reported basis and down 6% on a currency-neutral basis, driven by declines across all geographies.
NIKE Direct revenues were US$4.7 billion, down 12% on a reported basis and down 10% on a currency-neutral basis, primarily due to a 15 percent decrease in NIKE Brand Digital and a 2% decrease in NIKE-owned stores.
Wholesale revenues were US$6.2 billion, down 7% on a reported basis and down 4% on a currency-neutral basis.
Revenues for Converse were US$405 million, down 18% on a reported basis and down 16% on a currency-neutral basis, due to declines across all territories.
